  • Remote onboarding included international customer-base in the United Kingdom and Australia.

  • Served as the contributing writer and editor for atlantatribune.com, publishing and editing 35 articles within 10 weeks.

  • Wrote, edited, crafted, posted and optimized content specific to social media channels and audience. Contributed to the production of monthly issues, particularly writing all editorial columns for the months of June- September.

  • Developed social media campaign “Foodie Friday” to highlight black-owned restaurants, gaining 115 Twitter followers.
     

Special Events Intern/ FIU Chapter President, Make-A-Wish Southern Florida  

April 2013- April 2014

  • Served as the FIU Chapter president, delegating a council of 20 students.

  • Produced the first week of philanthropic events for Make- A-Wish at FIU raising over $1,500.

  • Maintained position as President and PR Director in order to improve the brand within community of 45,000 students.

  • Increased Twitter and Instagram following from 0 to approximately 400 followers through use of social media campaigns such as “Wishful Wednesdays” highlighting previous Wish children.
