Atlanta Tribune: The Magazine Higher Learning- Chartering Pathways to Success

Georgia is one of three states to receive a $1 million grant to help students in high-demand fields graduate on time.

Recently, Gov. Nathan Deal announced that the Lumina Foundation and Complete College America would be awarding this grant to
provide assistance for the state’s “Guided Pathways to Success” program, designed to reduce the amount of unnecessary credits
students accumulate and push students toward graduating within four years, as opposed to six.
